Please get in touch with us if you experience a problem with an event run through Tixi. While we're only facilitators of transactions between organisers and customers, and can't arbitrate disputes, we can provide customers with the contact details of the event organiser.
If your complaint can't be resolved with the event organiser, Tixi recommends you contact your state's Office of Fair Trading for further advice.
