Tixi acts as an agent only. The event organiser provides services to customers directly. Tixi makes no guarantees or warranties about the services that are provided to you by the event organiser. Tixi has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any service provider. Tixi has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any service provider or third party. Where Tixi's liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

Terms & Conditions Specific to Event Organisers

By listing an event on Tixi you accept the Tixi terms and conditions.

  1. Tixi provides a platform so that organisers of an event may sell tickets. In return for this service, Tixi retains a booking fee as negotiated when an event is listed.
  2. Tixi assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, downtime or line failure.
  3. Your use of the Tixi web site is at your sole risk.
  4. Details on this website may be changed, updated, modified and/or deleted at any time
  5. Tixi reserves the right to distribute an event organiser's contact details as required.
  6. Personal information of event attendees is shared for the sole purpose of organising the event and may not be used for any other purpose.

Terms & Conditions Specific to Ticket Purchasers

By purchasing ticket/s from Tixi you accept the Tixi terms and conditions.

  1. Tixi provides a platform so that organisers of an event may sell tickets. In return for this service, Tixi retains a booking fee as negotiated when an event is listed.
  2. Tickets purchased via Tixi are non-refundable, non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged.
  3. Ticket sales facilitated by Tixi are done so on behalf of the event organiser and are subject to the conditions applicable to that activity and associated venue.
  4. The event organiser reserves the right of admission.
  5. Concession tickets purchased online will require relevant ID when presented to the event organiser. If relevant ID cannot be presented admission may be refused by the event organiser.
  6. An event's advertised artist or program is not guaranteed, the right is reserved to vary this at any time.
  7. The event organiser may refuse entry to latecomers.

Privacy

We value you as a customer. We will never pass on personal information to a third party other than the event organiser for the purpose of organising the event. Any stored information will be treated in a strictly confidential way.
